These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "you") and ZeusQQ ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the ZeusQQ website located at https://zeusqq.cam and all associated services, games, promotions, and features offered therein.

By creating an account, depositing funds, placing any wager, or otherwise accessing the ZeusQQ platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register an account or use any ZeusQQ services. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To register and maintain an account on ZeusQQ, you must satisfy each of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. ZeusQQ enforces a strict minimum age of 21 for all gaming and betting activities on the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You do not hold any existing ZeusQQ account, whether active, suspended, or previously terminated for cause.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee or contractor of ZeusQQ or its affiliated service providers.
• You have not previously been excluded or self-excluded from the Platform or any affiliated gaming service.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming and sports betting activities under the laws applicable to your place of residence.

To access ZeusQQ services, you must complete the registration process accurately and truthfully. You agree to provide current, accurate, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. ZeusQQ reserves the right to decline any registration at its sole discretion.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one account on the Platform. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, shared device, shared IP address, or shared payment method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ZeusQQ may close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances upon discovery of multiple-account arrangements.

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your sole responsibility. You agree to notify ZeusQQ immediately upon discovering any unauthorised use of your account by contacting support at the email address listed in Section 16.

Prior to processing withdrawals, ZeusQQ may require you to submit identity verification documentation in accordance with our KYC policy. Accepted documents include a valid Malaysian MyKad (NRIC), Passport, or Driver's Licence, together with proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the past three months) and, where applicable, evidence of the payment method used. Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

All information provided during registration and throughout the lifetime of your account must remain accurate and up to date. You must notify ZeusQQ of any material changes to your personal information. ZeusQQ shall not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details.

ZeusQQ accepts deposits via a range of Malaysian payment methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank FPX, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

The minimum deposit amount is RM50 per transaction unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer. Maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per period and are displayed within the cashier section of your account.

You must only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party, or using payment credentials that do not belong to you, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud. ZeusQQ cooperates fully with law enforcement and financial institutions in investigating suspected fraudulent payment activity.

The Platform operates primarily in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. ZeusQQ is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or conversion fees charged by your financial institution.

Deposits via e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow are typically processed instantly. Bank transfers via FPX may take 5–10 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits require network confirmation and typically reflect within 15–30 minutes. ZeusQQ does not guarantee specific processing times and is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions, all of which must be satisfied before a withdrawal will be approved and processed:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified prior to the first withdrawal.
• All applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds must have been met in full.
• The withdrawal method requested must match the payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where applicable.
• Your account must be in good standing with no outstanding security reviews, disputes, or compliance flags.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your current applicable daily or monthly withdrawal limits.

ZeusQQ targets the following withdrawal processing times for verified accounts: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) within 5–30 minutes; bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong via FPX/DuitNow) within 2 hours under normal conditions; USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency withdrawals within 15–30 minutes following network confirmation. These are target times and not guarantees. Processing may be extended during peak periods, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.

Minimum withdrawal amounts and maximum daily/monthly withdrawal limits are set per account tier and payment method. Details are displayed within the cashier section of your account and may be updated from time to time.

ZeusQQ reserves the right to delay, withhold, or refuse a withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, incomplete KYC, or unmet wagering requirements. In such cases, ZeusQQ will notify the Member and may request additional documentation.

ZeusQQ offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Members, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, birthday bonuses, referral rewards, and VIP tier benefits. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer.

• Bonuses are only available to Members who have accepted the relevant offer in accordance with the stated opt-in process.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are clearly stated at the time of each offer. Typical requirements range from 10x to 35x the bonus amount.
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• Bonus funds expire as stated in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
• ZeusQQ reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice.

New Members may be eligible for a welcome deposit bonus on their first qualifying deposit. The specific bonus percentage, maximum bonus amount, and wagering requirement applicable to the welcome offer in force at the time of registration will be communicated during the registration process. Welcome bonuses are available once per Member, household, IP address, device, and payment method.

Members who refer new players to ZeusQQ may be eligible to earn referral bonuses. Referral bonuses are credited only where the referred individual successfully registers, meets the minimum deposit requirement, and satisfies any additional programme-specific conditions. Self-referral is strictly prohibited. ZeusQQ reserves the right to void referral bonuses obtained through fraudulent or abusive referral activity.

ZeusQQ operates a tiered VIP loyalty programme (Bronze, Silver, Gold/VIP). Tier assignment and tier-matched benefits — including birthday bonuses up to MYR 2,688 and enhanced cashback rates — are determined at ZeusQQ's discretion based on cumulative deposit and activity thresholds. ZeusQQ reserves the right to modify, re-tier, or discontinue the VIP programme with reasonable notice.

All bets and gaming activity conducted on the ZeusQQ Platform are subject to the specific rules of the game or market concerned, as well as the following general provisions:

ZeusQQ reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where: the bet is placed after an event has commenced (for pre-match markets); the odds displayed resulted from a technical error or manifest error; or the bet would result in exposure beyond ZeusQQ's applicable liability limits.

A bet may be declared void and the stake returned where: the event is cancelled or abandoned without a result being achieved; the market is incorrectly opened or priced due to a system or data feed error; or the rules of the specific game or sport otherwise provide for a void result.

ZeusQQ's sportsbook offers betting markets on football (including the English Premier League and Liga Super Malaysia), UFC, basketball, esports, and other sporting events. Specific sports betting rules, including rules governing in-play betting, Mix Parlay combinations, Asian Handicap markets, and Over/Under markets, are set out in the Platform's Sportsbook Rules, which form part of these Terms.

All casino games, slots, and live dealer games are operated using certified random number generation (RNG) technology and independently audited for fairness. Published RTP (Return to Player) figures represent theoretical long-term return averages and are not guarantees of individual session outcomes.

In the event of a disconnection during a game round, ZeusQQ's system will complete the round according to the game's standard logic. The result will be recorded in the Platform's transaction history, which constitutes the authoritative record of all game outcomes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ZeusQQ Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering or maintaining more than one account, whether in your own name or under any alias.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence to place bets, access games, or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in collusion with other Members to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live games, or any competitive game format.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes to gain an unintended advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are void and will be reclaimed.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of irregular betting activity.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, odds, or results through any technical or non-technical means.
• Engaging in systematic low-risk betting strategies designed solely to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent (bonus abuse).
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

ZeusQQ cooperates with law enforcement authorities and may report suspected illegal activity. Members found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their accounts permanently closed and any associated funds forfeited or returned to the rightful source as determined by ZeusQQ.

All content, software, design elements, trademarks, logos, and materials on the ZeusQQ Platform — including but not limited to the ZeusQQ brand name, website design, game interfaces, graphics, and text — are the intellectual property of ZeusQQ or its licensed third-party providers and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to: reproduce, copy, or distribute any Platform content; create derivative works based on Platform materials; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software components; or use any ZeusQQ trademarks or branding without prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of ZeusQQ's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may be subject to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ZeusQQ, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses arising from reliance on information provided on the Platform.
• Interruptions, errors, or unavailability of the Platform or any of its services.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to secure your credentials.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment processors.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms.
• Any indirect financial losses arising from gambling activities conducted on the Platform.

ZeusQQ's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You may close your ZeusQQ account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements.

ZeusQQ reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account with immediate effect and without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Discovery that you provided false information during registration.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements necessitating account closure.
• Discovery that you are under 21 years of age.

Upon termination for cause, ZeusQQ reserves the right to void all pending bets, forfeit bonus balances, and withhold any funds pending investigation. Real-money balances will be returned to the extent required by applicable law and following satisfactory resolution of any investigation.

ZeusQQ is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and have implemented a range of tools and policies to support our Members.

Members may access the following responsible gambling tools at any time through their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds over a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts after defined periods of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Request temporary (30 days to 12 months) or permanent exclusion from the Platform.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying time elapsed and net session activity.

ZeusQQ reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Members by posting an updated version of these Terms on the Platform, with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly.

Where amendments are material and affect your rights or obligations in a significant manner, ZeusQQ will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice where practicable. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.1. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which ZeusQQ is registered and licensed to operate.

In the event of any dispute relating to your account, a transaction, a game outcome, or the application of these Terms, you should first contact ZeusQQ's customer support team with full details of the dispute. ZeusQQ will investigate and endeavour to provide a resolution within 10 business days.

If you are not satisfied with ZeusQQ's initial resolution, you may request escalation to a senior review. ZeusQQ's decision on escalated disputes shall be final and binding, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

The Platform's transaction logs, game records, and system data constitute the authoritative record of all activity on your account and shall be relied upon in resolving any disputes. In the event of a discrepancy between your records and ZeusQQ's server records, ZeusQQ's server records shall prevail unless demonstrably erroneous.

Malaysian Members acknowledge that online gambling regulations vary and agree that they access and use ZeusQQ's services at their own risk and in compliance with all laws applicable to them in Malaysia. ZeusQQ makes no representation as to the legality of online gambling under Malaysian law for individual users and accepts no liability in connection with such matters.
